We will dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving your cleared payment. You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery
Typically delivery time is next working day after dispatch, so this makes total delivery time a maximum of 2 working days from you placing your order. Balls4Walls.co.uk takes no responsibility for delivery times once your order has been dispatched. If you order has not arrived within 3 working days of you placing your order then please contact us at enquiries@walls4balls.co.uk and we will do everything we can to trace your order with our courier.
Returns
You must get our written permission before returning any goods purchased from balls4walls.co.uk
All damages must be reported to us at enquiries@balls4walls.co.uk as soon as you receive your order - we recommend that you open the packaging and check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Refunds or replacement products will be granted with 7 days of taking delivery.
Balls4Walls.co.uk reserves the right to offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
