From time to time Balls4Walls may run promotions that require the use of a "discount coupon". This coupon is not a physical coupon but an electronic coupon that is redeemed by the use of a special code.
If you receive a discount coupon code from us then that coupon is for your use only (unless we specify that the coupon is public).
In most cases the coupon can only be redeemed once per customer.
Our coupons have a specific valid to and from date - which means that they can only be redeemed between these dates, once the coupon is outside of this date it CANNOT be redeemed.
Discount Coupons have ZERO cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
If a discount coupon is restricted to a certain product or range or products then it can only be used if purchasing one of the specified products, it cannot be used against a non specified product.
